Midnight Wedding Festivities

Let your New Year’s Eve explode in pyrotechnics and love. Exchange wedding vows on Main Street and share your first kiss at midnight under the stars and the beauty of the New Year’s fireworks. One winning couple* will receive white gold diamond companion wedding bands designed and custom made by C. L. Davis Jewelers plus overnight accommodations and a deluxe breakfast from the Ramada Plaza Hotel located in the heart of Downtown Akron.

*Only couples holding an unendorsed marriage license are eligible for the wedding band raffle!

The first 50 couples to register will receive a Sterling Silver TrollBead Bracelet with a Freja Knot Clasp and Double Heart Bead also provided by C.L. Davis Jewelers (located at 76 S Main St. Suite 142).

Midnight Wedding/Renewal Rules & Regulations
1.     Applicants must be compliant with Ohio’s marriage laws and regulations; Applicants must pre-register for the wedding/renewal no later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, 12/27/2011.
2.     Couples may register on-line form.jotform.com/form/12714502587 or by printing and mailing the registration form available on the website to: First Night Akron/ Wedding; 103 S High St., 4th Floor, Akron, Ohio 44308.  The form must be received by December 27th to be included in the drawing.  R E G I S T R A T I O N   H A S                               C L O S E D
3.     Applicants must have a First Night 2012 admission button to be eligible for the wedding and raffle drawing.
4.     Registered couples will need to report to the Mainstage check-in site between 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. on 12/31/11 to be included in the 6:40 p.m. rehearsal with Judge Annalisa Williams.  Couples not checking in by 6:55 p.m. will lose their eligiblity for any prizes and giveaways (NO EXCEPTIONS).
5.     Upon meeting all pre-disclosed requirements, the couple will receive a raffle ticket.
6.     At 7:00 p.m. the winning raffle ticket will be drawn by the honorable Judge Annalisa Williams.
7.     The winning couple will be escorted to C.L Davis Jewelers in a horse drawn sleigh, where the wedding bands will be sized to fit in time for the midnight ceremony.
8.     The winners of the Trollbead bracelets must redeem their bracelet certificates by January 31, 2012  at C.L Davis Jewelers to have their bracelets sized and to browse the hundreds of other beads available to add to their new bracelets.
