Fire & Ice
Polar opposites will attract thousands at the Mainstage of First Night Akron when the Kent State Ice Carving Club presents their speed carving competition in contrast to R&RPoi’s Fire Twirling extravaganza. Both ice and fire will be flying in this awe inspiring demonstration of skill and artistry. Two ice carvers will race against the clock to complete their masterpiece within a 25 minute deadline. And two fire twirlers will dazzle the guests of First Night with aerial tosses and twirling feats to boggle the imagination. Don’t miss this exhibition of the elements in their most artistic form.
